The short version

ZackTheTractor.com is operated by Bolt-On Speed LLC. We collect only what we need to fill your orders and answer your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• Orders: when you buy merch, our store partner Shopify collects your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payments are processed entirely by Shopify. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages: when you use our contact or farm inquiry forms, we receive the name, email, and message you type so we can reply.
• Business accounts: farm partners who request a wholesale account share their business name and contact details.
• Cookies: we use a cookie to remember your shopping cart, and one to keep business partners signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To fill and ship orders, respond to your messages, manage wholesale accounts, and keep the site working. That's it.

Who else touches your data

• Shopify runs our store, checkout, and payments.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Resend delivers our form emails.

Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Kids

Zack is for kids, but this website is for their grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases and form submissions should be made by an adult.
