ZackTheTractor.com is operated by Bolt-On Speed LLC ("we"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We keep these as plain as we can.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or inventory mistake. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Shipping and returns
Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Unused merchandise in original condition can be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we made the mistake.
Animatronics
Zack and Daisy animatronics are sold through direct consultation, not through online checkout. Information on this site about the animatronics is provided for planning purposes and doesn't constitute an offer or quote.
Our characters and artwork
Zack the Tractor, Daisy, and the artwork, logos, and content on this site are our intellectual property, protected by trademark and copyright. Please don't copy, sell, or use them without written permission. Farm partners receive usage guidelines with their agreement.
Business accounts
Wholesale pricing and the business portal are for approved farm partners only. We may approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. Credentials shouldn't be shared outside your organization.
The legal bits
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product or service involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
